Hours & Fees

Entrance Fees:

• $7 per vehicle

• $15 per bus (school bus or vehicle larger than standard car).

Park members must present a current membership card to waive $7 car entrance fee.

Public Program Fees:

Bays Mountain Park offers a wide variety of public programs. Tickets for all programs may be purchased online or at the Gift Shop in the Nature Center. Tickets purchased in person may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. It is highly recommended that tickets are acquired at least 15 minutes prior to start time.

• Planetarium Theater Programs: $6 per person for ages 6 and older.
  • Children 5 and under will receive a free pass.
• Nature Programs: $3 per person (any age).
• Barge Rides: $6 per person (any age).
• Park members will receive free passes to regularly scheduled planetarium, nature and barge programs.

Special Program Fees:

Bays Mountain Park offers special programs and events throughout the year. Tickets for all programs may be purchased online or at the Gift Shop in the Nature Center.

• Fees for special programs are determined on a program-by-program basis.
• Park members may receive a discount for a special programs depending on the event.

Private Program Fees:

Note, private programs are available only if staff is available and are scheduled in advance.

• Planetarium Theater Programs: $350
• Barge Rides: $250 (Limited to 35 people)

Military Discount:

With a valid military ID, we offer free entry for one vehicle per visit. All other program fees will apply.
