Join in Bays Mountain’s yoga program by participating in a Yoga Hike. This hike features a 1.7-mile moderate hike along Lakeside Trail that will take approximately one hour, yoga included. The trail bridges are utilized to teach standing yoga poses while challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. Cost is $5 per person and all levels are welcome.
