The advantage of a barre class is muscle endurance. Muscles in major muscle groups are targeted via small movements. Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates, it is a workout technique designed to strengthen your body differently. This class will feature barre exercises as well as standing yoga poses that will take place while on the barge. No mats are required. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
